Аnastasiya Moskalenko Reported to the Ukrainian Bar Association on Credit Disputes

On the 12th of December, 2014 by the initiative of the Ukrainian Bar Association at the premises of business center "Belgravia" (Kyiv) there was held the meeting of the Committee on Civil, Family, Inheritance Law dedicated to the current theme: «Protection of Rights And Interests of Creditors, Borrowers and Guarantors in Relationships with Banks – Actual Situation”. Anastasiya Volodymyryvna Moskalenko – the partner of the Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners" - acted as a speaker with the report.
Among the issues raised in the discussion by the experienced and young lawyers the following ones should be noted: the analysis of the main factors, which affected on appearing and disappearing of the possibility to cancel credit debt effectively and fast; the existing conditions to service to the corporate clients and currency regulation; the methods of protection of borrowers and guarantors in credit disputes and landmark legal conclusions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
Anastasiya Moskalenko sheared own experience with the colleagues about protection rights and interests of creditors, borrowers and guarantors. With the main aim to improve the overall effectiveness of the protection сlients’ rights on disputes with banks the Partner also advised to lawyers to keep track possible "innovations" of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases, because the result of increasing level of credits disputes is the creation of new positively judicial precedents in the same cases for borrowers.
