LF «Moskalenko & Partners» Held a Seminar "Business Foundation and Development: Organizational and Legal Aspects"

On the 11th of September LF «Moskalenko & Partners» held a seminar "Business Foundation and Development: Organizational and Legal Aspects" in Kyiv.
There were highlighted the following topics at the seminar: 1."Choose an effective form of business organization: comparative analysis". 2."Peculiarities of legal regulation of Internet business". 3. "Choose an effective form of taxation: comparative analysis». 4."Common offenses and the responsibility for them".
Except reporting general issues, the speakers focused on the advantages and disadvantages of specific legal forms of business organization and effective forms of taxation, as well as on legislative innovations in this area: the Laws of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding implementation of rule of state registration of legal entity on the basis of model Charter», "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding State Tax Service of Ukraine and administrative reform in Ukraine", "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding humanization of the responsibility for economic offences."
The speakers of the seminar were A. Moskalenko, attorney at law, managing partner of the LF «Moskalenko & Partners» and Е. Antsut, senior associate of our LF. The participants were entrepreneurs, lawyers, students, and representatives of the media.
