On the 16th of October 2012 "The Legal Practice" Newspaper No. 42 published an article of junior associate of the LF "Moskalenko & Partners" Kateryna Shamborska "My Address Is Neither the Domain Nor the Street".
Kateryna described the issues of doing Internet-business and the challenges for Internet-stores during business dealing, proposed useful recommendations for the Internet-stores.
In this article, the author analyzed the case law, legislation and the experience of foreign countries. Kateryna draw attention to the duties of seller and buyer, and also suggested various ways to avoid the abuse of their rights by potential customers.
