Legal commentaries of the Law Firm “Moskalenko & Partners” were published in the weekly newspaper “Arguments and Facts in Ukraine”. In the June issue № 23 (721) the partner Anastasiya Moskalenko gave some explanations on the employment of minors. During the summer holidays many adolescents are not only about to relax, but also look for seasonal work to earn money for their vacation. "In accordance with the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine, labor conditions for minors are considered to be equal to adults’ labor, but in the sphere of labor protection, working time, holidays and other conditions of work, the minors are granted certain benefits by the law", - said Anastasia. Partner of the Law Firm “Moskalenko & Partners” explained features of the employment of children in different age categories and the legislative requirements concerning their working conditions.
In the issue № 24 (722) under the "Business Community" heading partner of the Law Firm “Moskalenko and Partners” Julia Kondratska answered reader’s questions concerning the legality of banks’ and shops’ refusals to accept labeled banknotes. As it has been mentioned by Julia, shops’ and banks’ branches wrongfully deny taking banknotes tagged, if its solvency is not damaged. "The owner of such a banknote has a legal right to claim in one of branches of the bank or shop to replace it with another banknote of the same nominal. In case of refusal a person has the right to appeal to the National Bank of Ukraine ", - explained Julia Kondratska.
