On the legal portal Pravotoday (pravotoday.in.ua), a comment was posted by a lawyer named Irina Ponomarenko, of the Law Firm “Moskalenko and Partners”. As part of the designated theme, “Well, Hello, Virtual Life! Modern Information Technologies in the Life of a Lawyer”, Irina shares her vision of what the basic components of computer literacy are for young professionals. Indeed, with growth of legal information today "next to the option" is to know " on a parity basis– “where to look for”, and within the increasing complexity of software - “how to look for."
In the September issue of "Labor and the Law" a comment from Antsut Elina, the lawyer of the Law Firm “Moskalenko and Partners”, on the material "Son of the Directorate" (rubric "Life situation") was published. Elina gives a detailed answer to the question of how the status of married couples has an effect on the empowerment of minors and employment as well as what additional benefits are provided to an employee if he is to become a father in the near future. Through analysis of the current laws and practices, Elina offers her vision of the legal consequences of the scenario outlined in the journal article.
