On the pages of weekly edition “The Legal Newspaper” (№ 46 of November 16, 2010) the latest article of our lawyer Galinskyi Vladyslav was published. The article titled "The Invalidation of Marriage and Its Termination in the Context of Legislation of Ukraine and International Law" provides detailed analysis of annulment and termination of the marriage. The author pays particular attention to legal aspects of fictitious marriage relations and the procedures for divorce pursuant to national legislation and the requirements of international law.

Attention has been focused on peculiarities of legal protection of such intellectual property objects as a domain name, logo, software and other intangible assets. That is to say there are no doubts that global network is an important platform for doing business not only abroad but also in Ukraine.
