In a weekly edition “The Legal Newspaper” (№ 13 (235)) as of March 30, 2010 an article of the partner of the Law Firm “Moskalenko and Partners” Julia Kondratska was published. The topic of her article was as follows – “The eviction of debtor with a child – who is guilty and what to do”. In this article very distinctly and exactly certain legal ways of getting out from such a situation were described and explained in detail by the author, as well as legal reasons of evicting debtor with a child, and also separate attention was focused on certain means of protection of their rights and legitimate interests in case of infringing or violating such rights and interests by financial institutions (banks) and other subjects of civil relationships.
In the same edition an article of the lawyer of the Law Firm “Moskalenko and Partners” Galinskyi Vladyslav was published. Its topic was – “The features of antitrust law and practice in Ukraine – aspects which foreign investors must know”. In the article Galinskyi Vladyslav described the characteristic of current state of level of the legal protection of foreign investor in Ukraine, certain grave problems that exist in this sphere of jurisprudence were highlighted and singled out, and also exact ways of resolving of such problems, inconsistencies and contradictions in the legislation of Ukraine were offered by the author with regard to potential foreign investors.
