The Law Firm «Moskalenko & Partners» represented by the partner, attorney Anastasiya Moskalenko and the lawyer Anzhelika Tashmatova protected rights of members of the All-Ukrainian public organization that brings together three thousands of people from all over Ukraine. Thanks to professional mastery, high qualification and unique work experience in the protection public organization’s right of Law Firm 'Moskalenko & Partners' the court satisfied in full the requirements of our clients to invalidate the Council's and the General Assembly's decisions adopted by previous leaders of the organization without representation of the majority of local branches and regions and with violations of the organization's charter. After the court decision in favor of our clients came into force the Law Firm «Moskalenko & Partners» helped our clients to organize and hold the extraordinary General Assembly of the organization’s members (in spite of the resistance of the previous president of the organization and group of his supporters), where the new democratic leaders were elected and a number of other pressing issues that were ignored previous leaders was solved. Information on changes in leading bodies has been registered in procedure established by law and introduced in the Unified State Register of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs. Currently the normal activity of the organization has fully recovered. Recall that this is not the first experience of the Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners" of the successful solution of the conflicts in the non-governmental organizations with a large number of members out of court and winning legal disputes between members and non-profit organizations on the recognition of decisions of the supreme leadership of the public association invalid. Since 2007 we have practiced in the law of public associations and have deep specialized knowledge and considerable experience in supporting their successful activities.
