Our New Victories in Facts and Figures of the First Half of 2015
1.The largest loan is about 900 000 Swiss franks.
2. We accompanied extrajudicial settlement of the dispute through forgiveness 4 000 000 UAH if payment of debt 900 000 UAH.
3. We stopped sureties of dozens of guarantors by courts' decisions that have entered into force.
4. The Court of Cassation supported and upheld the decision on the recognition the arbitration clause invalid.
5. We won two cases for debt collection in The Arbitration Court at the NGO "Ukrainian Financial Union", which was created PJSC "Alfa-Bank", so the the productions are closed on them.
6. By our efforts several executive notarial special executions were recognized by the courts as not enforceable, the decisions entered into force.
7. More than a dozen executive productions are closed having collect nothing from the debtor.
8. We implemented over 200 legal consultations, on some jf them customer's problem was solved immediately, othersriched their aim future or are in the process.
9. We published more than 10 articles on credit matters in the print and online editions.
10. The Supreme Court of Ukraine on our application in a dispute about a mortgage expressed its legal position, which is mandatory for all courts of Ukraine, organizations and enterprises.
