LF "Moskalenko & Partners" won the case of divorce on the side of the plaintiff. The complainant party asked the court to get dissolution of a marriage. The complexity of the case was that the defendant in order to avoid the division of common coproperty has filed a counter claim for recognition of marriage with the plaintiff unconcluded on the basis that the date of marriage and the actual date of the marriage didn`t match, so at the time of marriage, he and the plaintiff was abroad, confirming that fact by the visa in the passport.
