Law Firm «Moskalenko & Partners» has «defeated» PJSC «Alfa-Bank» on its own «territory» in total loss of $ 110 000 dollars

The Law Firm «Moskalenko & Partners» represented by the lawyer Daryna Moskalenko has protected its client of recovery the debt of USD 110 000. The Bank has claimed the renewal of enforcement orders before Novozavodskiy district court of Chernihiv on the basis of decision dated 2010, rendered by Permanent Court of Arbitration at the All-Ukrainian NGO «All-Ukrainian Financial Union» . Novozavodskiy district court of Chernihiv always issues enforcement orders on the basis of Permanent Court of Arbitration at the All-Ukrainian NGO «All-Ukrainian Financial Union» judgments, which are typically rendered against debtors. It is to be noted that PJSC «Alfa-Bank» usually appear before Novozavodskiy district court of Chernihiv in major of its cases.
However, thanks to professional mastery, high qualification and proven experience of fight against banks and collection companies of Law Firm 'Moskalenko & Partners' the court has rejected the claim of PJSC «Alfa-Bank», therefore, the creditor will not be able to profit no the coin from its own breach.
